PERFORMANCE TRAINING MENTAL aims to optimize performance through mastery of detail. This method skilfully blends principles of individual and organizational management with proven mental coaching techniques and neuro-linguistic programming, linked to the professional experience of several athletes in different disciplines. Every detail is important, and nothing must be left to chance to achieve your goals.

"Olivier Missoup Former professional sportsman, following a career extremely rich in exchanges, encounters and experiences, I turned my attention to mental performance.

During my sixteen-year professional career, I worked alongside some of the world's greatest rugby stars (Johnny Wilskinson, Tana Umaga, Dan Carter, Matt Giteau, Sonny Bill Williams...). What they all have in common is hard work and, above all, mental strength.

My love of the very highest level and the high standards it implies naturally led me to coaching top-class athletes.

In my desire to pass on my knowledge of sporting performance and its demands, I set up a study. A psychoanalysis of my career path from my beginnings in sport, first as an amateur then as a professional, while at the same time training in management, mental coaching and neuro-linguistic programming. This is how PERFORMANCE TRAINING came about.
