I started playing rugby at the age of 7, at the instigation of my elementary school teacher who thought I was far too restless.
Rugby has been a school of life for me.
We were out in the field on Sundays, fighting together, not wondering if we thought, saw, ate, even prayed or not in the same way.
For me, these are the values I've learned during my career: fighting together, living together and above all:
alone, you're nothing!

As sportsmen and women, we have a duty to set an example, to share our experiences, to tell young people that they must and, above all, can succeed.
Giving back what we've been given is a matter of course. And saying that rugby and sport help people to grow seems to be a matter of continuity.
Simply putting sparks in young people's eyes can positively change their ambitions.

The Diamond XV Academy association enabled over 1,500 youngsters from the Ile-de-France region to attend matches in the Six Nations and Top 14 tournaments. Thanks to the FFR, LNR, Racing 92 and Stade Français for facilitating our actions. We look forward to continuing to pass on and share with young people.
